The “thermo mineral water”, which is used in our facility pursuant to the Geothermal Resource Operation License dated 26.11.2020 and numbered 2020/2 of the Investment Monitoring and Coordination Presidency of the Republic of Turkey Gaziantep Governorship, is extracted 780 meters below the ground and then directly provided for use. Due to being a deep well, the water temperature differs between 35 Celsius and 42 Celsius, depending on the operating speed of the well.

Our thermo mineral water, which is rich in terms of magnesium, potassium, calcium, sodium, ammonium, iron, bicarbonate, fluoride, chloride, sulfate and silica in accordance with the report issued by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Health Medical Evaluation Board, is used in the following purposes under the supervision of a doctor:

- Bath and washing practices at proper temperatures,

- Complementary treatment of non-inflammatory diseases of the musculoskeletal system,

- Drinking practices in cures, as it contains fluoride

- To support osteoporosis preventive treatments.

Our facility provides service as a thermal and cure center with 2 Thermal Pools, 2 Turkish Baths, 2 Saunas, 1 Steam Room, 1 Medical Salt Room, 1 piece of 6 Person Jacuzzi Pool and 12 comfortable changing rooms of Suite, VIP A and VIP B categories with jacuzzi and massage bench, to which direct thermal water is given, upon the Thermal Facility Operation Permit of Republic of Turkey Gaziantep Governorship Provincial Health Directorate dated 03.03.2021 and license number K.T.27.02.

Water is supplied to our pools directly from the geothermal source by means of 2 lion's mouths in our thermal pool and 5 shoulder jets in our thermal jacuzzi, thereby refreshing the thermal water in our pools quickly.
